James made me feel completely relaxed and explained what would happen in the sessions. The sessions were extremely relaxing I was able to kick back and concentrate on what James was saying.
I had two sessions with James and noticed a massive improvement immediately after the first session. It has now been three weeks since I last saw James and I am not longer afraid of spiders. I am now able to remove them from the house without jumping into panic mode when I see one.
